Almond Butter with Sea Salt Porridge
Latte. Croissants. Chocolate. Let’s face it, everything is better when you add almonds, and after extensive research, we’ve decided that porridge is no exception. We roast the almonds just before we create the porridge, so they keep more of their flavour, then we chop them up in two different ways: bigger pieces for crunch and finely ground ones to give it a satisfying silky texture.
