Coconut and Seed Muesli

How can you improve The Ultimate Muesli – a muesli so complex and satisfying it’s known as the breakfast that eats other breakfasts for breakfast? Simple. Make it gluten-free. So out goes the barley and rye, in goes quinoa and buckwheat. Then we throw in handfuls of five seeds and five fruits. Now everybody can enjoy our Coconut and Seed Muesli.

Gluten Free Porridge Oats, Gluten Free Jumbo Oats, Coconut Flakes, Brown Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Dates, Raisins, Sultanas, Buckwheat Flakes, Apple, Poppy Seeds, Apricots, Quinoa Flakes.

How We Like It
  • Desert island luxury: We pour coconut milk on it for a little taste of tropical heaven, the perfect treat for Robinson Crusoe, if he was gluten - and dairy - intolerant.
  • Alpine classic: We love this with grated apple, chopped hazelnuts, eaten while wearing lederhosen. Take it up another level and soak the muesli overnight. Dr Bircher Benner would be proud.
