Rainbow Lattes

NOT MILK NOT COFFEE.

Recipe

Spirulina Latte

200ml Rude Health Cashew Drink
1 tsp of spirulina mix

Matcha Latte

400ml Rude Health Oat Drink
1 tsp of matcha powder

Beetroot Latte

200ml Rude Health Coconut Drink
1 tsp of beetroot powder
Pinch of ground ginger

Hot Nut Butter Chocolate

200ml Rude Health Hazelnut Drink
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp Aduna Super Cacao Powder
1 tsp almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Turmeric Latte

200ml Rude Health Almond Drink
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
a sprinkling of black pepper

Charcoal Latte

200ml Rude Health Brown Rice Drink
1 tsp of charcoal mix


Method

Spirulina Latte

  1. For the spirulina paste – measure out 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder and add in a splash of Cashew Drink. Mix into a paste.
  2. Measure out 200ml of Cashew Drink and heat gently on the hob.
  3. Add the spirulina paste and then froth with a handheld frother.
  4. Serve and enjoy.

 

Matcha Latte

  1. For the matcha paste – measure out 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and add in a splash of Oat drink. Mix into a paste.
  2. Measure out 200ml of Oat Drink into a pan and heat gently on the hob.
  3. Add the matcha paste and then froth with a handheld frother.
  4. Serve and enjoy.

 

Beetroot Latte

  1. Make the beetroot blend by measuring out 1 teaspoon of beetroot powder and a pinch with ground ginger. Add a splash of Coconut Drink. Mix into a paste.
  2. Measure out 200ml of Coconut Drink into a pan and heat gently on the hob.
  3. Gradually add the beetroot paste and then froth with a handheld frother.
  4. Serve and enjoy.

 

Hot Nut Butter Chocolatte

  1. Pour 200ml of Hazelnut Drink into a pan and heat gently.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat gently, stirring as you go.
  4. Remove just before boiling.
  5. Enjoy.

 

Turmeric Latte

  1. Measure out 200ml of Almond Drink into a pan and heat gently.
  2. Add the turmeric, ground ginger, pinch of cayenne pepper and a sprinkling of black pepper.
  3. Heat gently and stir.
  4. Froth with a handheld frother.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

 

Charcoal Latte

  1. For the charcoal paste – measure out 1 teaspoon of charcoal powder and add in a splash of Brown Rice Drink. Mix into a paste.
  2. Measure out 200ml of Brown Rice Drink into a pan and heat gently on the hob.
  3. Add the charcoal paste and then froth with a handheld frother.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
