Smokey Guacamole with Cornitas

Holy guacamole. Simple is best when it comes to guac. That’s why we make ours using only avocados, lime and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Leave it chunky or go at it with a potato masher, the choice is yours.

Ingredients

1 bag of Rude Health Black Bean or Chickpea and Lentil Crackers

Two ripe avocados

One lime

Pinch of salt and pepper


Method

  1. Mash up ripe avocados
  2. Add fresh lime juice to taste
  3. Add salt & pepper to taste
  4. Serve, enjoy and dip away with the cornitas.
