DELIVERY TIMES

Due to the high increase in orders, standard delivery times have now increased. We are working as hard as we can to ensure these are arriving with you as soon as possible but please expect delays of up to 7 days.

STOCK

We are updating our stock status as often as we can, although due to the high increase in orders, this can mean your orders may be shorted of products that are no longer in stock. If this is one of your orders, we will get in contact with you as to what happens next. We understand this is not ideal and we thank you for your patience.

TRACKING

We currently experiencing delivery delays of up to 7 days. If your order hasn’t arrived within a week, you can email us at hello@rudehealth.com and we will be able to track your order for you.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

UK

Orders within the UK over £40 will receive free delivery and the minimum order value is £15. All DPD prices are as follows:

  • UK Delivery: £3.99

RETURNS

We do not offer returns on foods, drinks or merchandise but if you aren’t happy with your order or the service, please email hello@rudehealth.com and we will do all we can to help.

CANCELLATIONS

Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered, so, unfortunately, we cannot cancel deliveries. It will arrive with you and if you are still unsatisfied, email hello@rudehealth.com, as above.
