Rude Health started with this muesli, The Ultimate. We didnât know the rules of making a breakfast cereal, we just thought: what if there was no limit to the quality and quantity of ingredients? We balanced a great blend of grains until we couldnât improve the texture, then we added absolutely all the ingredients that got us excited. It might be our first muesli, but itâs still our ultimate.
