We're a certified Bcorp
What does it mean to be a B Corp?
A B Corp Certification, is the gold standard for businesses that care about people and the planet. Just like us at Rude Health, B Corp certified companies are committed to top-notch performance, accountability, and transparency. We're talking about looking after employees like family, giving back to the community, ethical sourcing, and sustainable Materials.
So, how did we get our B Corp badge?
First, Rude Health needed to ace the B Impact Assessment with a score of 80 or higher. Then, we had to pass a rigorous risk review, and a few extra hoops to jump through. But it’s not just about ticking boxes. Certified B Corps make a commitment to consider the impact of their
decisions on everyone, not just shareholders. And because honesty is the best policy, B Corps must share their performance details on their B Corp profile on B Lab’s website. You can check out our profile here. It’s all about being transparent so you know exactly what you’re getting. That’s the B Corp way – and it’s totally in Rude Health.

Sourcing
Shining from the inside out
When it comes to sustainability, not all ingredients are equal. We're picky when it comes to quality and where they're sourced. Take our organic almonds - grown in sunny, rain-rich Sicily, or our organic oats from home-grown fields. Our harvest are small and our flavours are big. The bees think we're the knees.
Packaging
Packed with a promise
We've got a can't stop, won't-stop commitment to sustainability. that's why this is our most sustainable packaging yet. Why our dairy free drinks cartons are 100% recyclable. Why, by 2022, they'll be made from 100% renewable materials. And why we won't stop until we've kicked climate change in the nuts.
ORGANIC
What does ‘organic’ mean?
Simply put, the practice of organic farming means farming with nature. Organic farmers cannot rely on chemical inputs to get rid of pests so they adopt creative and time-honoured strategies to minimise them.
We choose organic because to make the best quality products you need to find the best quality ingredients that are grown sustainably, with nature, for taste. Organic farming delivers on all of those with a robust farm to bowl certification system that is trust-worthy.
Waste
Tackling Waste
When it comes to waste we want to tackle it head on. That's why in 2023 we reduced our waste by 71%, increased our drinks storage from 5 to 7 days and became a zero waste to landfill company.
But it doesn't stop there. From 2024 we will audit our suppliers on food waste and agree reduction targets together. Furthermore, we'll continue our partnership with Fareshare & The Felix Project, donating the equivalent of 250,000 meals to those in need using surplus food that would have gone to waste.
Charities & Partnerships
No company is an island, no matter how much coconut milk they drink. That’s why at least 5%
of our profit goes to charity. And why we partner with bold and brilliant causes like
Chefs in Schools, Fareshare, and Age UK. For a brighter future.
Just a few of the amazing people and organizations we continue to support.
