Het duurzaam ondersteunen in sales en brand awareness binnen jouw aangewezen regio’s, door het groeien van sales bij huidige partners, het actief zoeken naar sterke nieuwe partners in nieuwe markten en het effectief pitchen van het merk. Tegelijkertijd ondersteun je het team in export processen vanuit Nederland.

The Role

BESTAANDE
& NIEUWE KLANTEN

  • Vergroten van sales en brand awareness in relevante kanalen binnen een aangewezen markt, waaronder (maar niet gelimiteerd tot): reguliere supermarkten, onafhankelijke winkels, foodservice (zoals koffieketens) en online.
  • Het uitdagen van partners/klanten om zo samen de best mogelijke resultaten te behalen.
  • Het ontwikkelen van gezamenlijke bedrijfsplannen met strategische partners om het merk te groeien.
  • Adviseren over assortiment, positionering en kanaal prioriteiten
  • Onderhandelen van prijzen, investeringen en voorwaarden
  • Het in verkopen van nieuwe producten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het internationale operations team om de meest efficiënte logistieke
    oplossingen te vinden.
  • Beoordelen of bepaalde partners in een markt de meest effectieve en passende keuze zijn of blijven.
  • Het identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten of sterke partners in jouw regio.

EXPORT MANAGEMENT

  • Ondersteunen zodat we compliant zijn met de BV en de leiding nemen in de communicatie hierover richting het team in de UK.
  • Ondersteunen met exportprocessen.
  • Office management en focust op het People-aspect van onze B-corp-missie.

Brand Manager

London Based - Office 3 Days a Week

MISSION:

To create and execute an inspiring brand world for Rude Health that causes people to consider buying a Rude Health product the next time they are shopping for dairy alternatives and cereals.

The Role

  • Is the #1 champion of the Rude Health brand – living, breathing and inspiring the business and our consumers with our brand via every brand touchpoint.

  • Is the driver of wider team engagement and input to align and excite everyone at Rude Health behind the brand strategy and positioning.

  • Owns and ensures brilliant execution of our brand positioning – how we look and what we say – across our products and brand communications (internal and external).

  • Is accountable for the vison and implementation of an engaging brand world and tone of voice, that means Rude Health shouts louder than its size. Creates and disseminates easy and practical tools allowing internal and external Rude Healthers to apply them consistently and accurately.

  • Planning and delivery of a bold and brilliant strategy to make Rude Health famous for its Product Pillars (Real Taste; Healthy Ingredients, Naturally; Iconic Design Thoughtfully Packaged; Functional Integrity). The strategy will result in higher levels of consideration amongst potential shoppers and consumers.

  • Leveraging owned (website, database, socials, RH café), earned (PR, influence, word of mouth) and paid channels to deliver the most compelling Product Pillar messaging that drives consideration.

  • Takes NPD and EPD projects through to launch, responsible for research, developing the concept, packaging and launch plans. Collaborating with the innovation team to deliver products that are led by consumer insight and meet our Product Pillars. Bringing these elements together to create commercially compelling propositions that recruit new consumers to the RH brand.

  • Engages & inspires the innovation, marketing, ops and sales teams to deliver best in class launches with exciting innovation launch plans.

  • See the big picture; ensure the marketing team’s work is in line with Rude Health’s strategy & help us achieve our long term people, planet and profit goals.
