ROLE MISSION:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the London office. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our company's success and customer satisfaction. As an Operations Coordinator, you will lead and streamline the order to cash process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your goal will be to achieve the highest possible service level and customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding our customers' expectations. You will analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

The Role

Order fulfilment & Managing Key Customer Accounts:

  • Manage a number of customer accounts from an operational perspective. Using communication skills and initiative to build strong relationships across the board.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations, Planning and Sales teams to stay on top of everything from new products to stock issues.
  • Be on hand to solve problems and answer customer queries in a personable, professional matter.
  • Lead the processing of orders, managing time effectively and utilising exceptional attention to detail, to ensure all orders are submitted on time with the correct stock requirements.
  • Exhibit multitasking skills in order to oversee both manual and EDI order fulfilment, ensuring delivery OTIF and troubleshooting where necessary.
  • Generate and submit invoices and be the first contact for credit control – taking responsibility for chasing debts.

Warehouse Management:

  • Liaise with our 3rd party warehouse, overseeing logistics and solving problems that may arise.
  • Review Stockholding and liase with Planning team on any potential under or overstocks.
  • Carry out monthly Stock Reconciliations.

Overseeing logistical issues:

  • Utilise analytical skills and excel knowledge to analyse current sales and logistics, with the end result of improving business efficiency.
  • Improve existing systems and implement new processes within Operations
  • Monitor and improve Logistical Efficiencies
  • Review monthly KPIs, recommend and implement improvements

Skills & Experience

  • Good organisation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively as part of a team and with various external stakeholders.
  • The energy and self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and effectively multi-task/prioritise
  • Pro-active, identifying issues as or before they arise
  • Ideally experience in an FMCG businesses
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferable

Je maakt slimme commerciële keuzes om distributie, rotatie, beschikbaarheid en zichtbaarheid te vergroten — en zorgt dat we de concurrentie altijd een stap voor blijven. Met een ondernemende en energieke mindset ga je actief op zoek
naar commerciële kansen. 

 

The Role

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden 

  • Draagactief bij aan het International Team als met de Oddlygood® cultuur, en stimuleert marktleidende resultaten. 
  • Ontwikkel een sterke commerciële strategie voor de Internationale supermarkt-, online-, distributie- en OOH kanalen, met oog voor verkoop, supply chain, marges, marketing en mensen. Hierbinnen zorg je voor winnende, winstgevende
    klantplannen over de hele marketingmix (de 4P’s). 
  • Bouwt mee aan hechte relaties met onze retail en distributiepartners in de core Internationale markten en maakt van hen trotse ambassadeurs van Oddlygood® en Rude Health. 
  • Denk en handel als een ondernemer: benut elke kans om distributie, rotatie, beschikbaarheid en zichtbaarheid te vergroten. 
  • Zorg voor een excellente uitvoering van International accountmanagement — van jaarplannen en promoties tot forecasting, klantadministratie en complexiteit die komt kijken bij internationale handel. 
  • Werk nauw samen met operations via accurate forecasting om een betrouwbare supply chain te waarborgen en in samenwerking met hen het ondersteunen van de juiste route to market.
  • Het identificeren en benaderen van potentiele klanten of sterke partners in jouw regios. 
  • Adviseren over assortiment, positionering en kanaal prioriteiten  
  • Het inzichtelijk maken van wet- en regelgeving en benodigde documentatie om in de markt te treden via deze klant/partner.
