Assistant Brand Manager - Shopper
London Based - Full Time
MISSION:
To recruit new Rude Health shoppers at point of purchase (in store or online).
Develop and execute brilliant shopper marketing plans to accelerate our growth across grocery, foodservice, and wholesale channels both in the UK and internationally. Leading the development of annual plans together with our sales team to spend our trade marketing budget as effectively as possible to achieve increasingly strong return on investment. Leading measurement and evaluation of activity to make recommendations to the business on how to continually optimise our marketing at point of purchase.
The Role
Be the key person responsible for planning and delivering excellent shopper marketing activity that supports our promotions, new listings, new product launches and brand activity.
Creation of an annual plan by account that utilises budget effectively to maximise return on investment – recruiting new shoppers and creating stand out of Rude Health in store and online.
Ensuring a continual conversation between sales and marketing that results in a joined up and coherent marketing plan, with retailer activation aligned with above-the-line marketing activity at key points throughout the year.
Managing and negotiating with retailer media agencies to get the strongest activities for the best price.
Managing and briefing agencies and freelancers to create bold, attention-grabbing assets, in line with our brand world, that help to recruit new shoppers to Rude Health.
Run a post-activity evaluation for all shopper marketing activity to assess whether it has been successful or not. Share learnings with the wider team and make data-based recommendations on whether to repeat, optimise or stop activities.
Manage the annual budget together with sales account managers to ensure we spend in line with our retailer commitments and as effectively as possible.
Monitor competitor activity and report internally to help inform and inspire future shopper marketing plans.

National Account Executive – Regional Wholesalers/Distributors
London Based - Full Time

What you will be doing?
We’re looking for a National Account Executive (with Barista experience) to help us manage and grow our UK Regional Wholesale accounts (Regional Distributors) within Foodservice and Health and Organic channels. We want someone to come in, hit the ground running, and take ownership of these key customers.
In Rude Health’s Commercial Team, you’ll need to be a great team player, results driven, super-organized and a great communicator to help build top notch relationships with some of our most important customers.
The Role
- Managing the day to day running of all Region Wholesalers (around 30 accounts)
- Develop strong relationships with both existing and potential new customers.
- Grow our regional sales within Foodservice and Health and Organic trade through expanding distribution and range with both existing and potential wholesale customers.
- Create “push and pull” effect to achieve a “Triple WIN” situation between end users, wholesalers, and Rude Health.
- Execute and manage the annual marketing and promotional plan to deliver an overall growth strategy.
- Create strategic growth plans for key wholesale accounts.
- Work collaboratively with the team and other departments to organise and support at trade shows and customer events, to understand the market and build better customer relationship
- Provide accurate sales/product forecasts for promotion and new listing. Communicate the updates effectively with Line Manager and the related departments (e.g. Demand and Supply Planner, Operation, Innovation and Marketing Team)
- Selling in NPDs and make relevant and specific range recommendations for the customers
- Deliver Rude Health’s values, mission & goals internally and externally.
