The only thing in this is spelt & honey.
These floaty puffs are made of whole grains of spelt that are drizzled lightly with honey. Unlike other kidsā cereals, this is truly wholegrain, which means the grains havenāt been extruded or mashed into unnatural shapes or textures. One grain = one puff. Puffect for little peopleās breakfast bowls.

If children want to make it sweeter by adding honey, maple syrup or fruit they can, but we think that decision is best left in the hands of parents.
We like our Honey Spelt Puffs with an alternative to milk. Almond, Brown Rice, Oat, Hazelnut or Coconut Drink- take your pick.
