Silky, smooth and just the right amount of showy. Our Pistachio Barista gives the classic espresso martini a gentle nuttiness and a creamy finish with foam that practically does the presenting for you. 

 

INGREDIENTS 

 

25ml Rude Health Pistachio Barista

35ml tequila

25ml espresso

15ml coffee liqueur 

Finely crushed pistachios (for the rim)

 

METHOD

Step 1.

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. 

 

Step 2.

Remove the ice and dry shake. 

 

Step 3.

Pour into a coupe glass. 

 

Step 4.

Lightly wet the rim of the coupe with simple syrup, then dip into the crushed pistachios, rotating to coat evenly.
