Hazelnut Chia Pudding

Give your breakfast a glow-up. Rich roasted hazelnut brings bold flavour to your everyday chia.

 

INGREDIENTS 

 

Chia pudding base:

200ml Rude Health Chilled Hazelnut Drink with calcium

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp ground hazelnuts

 

Toppings:

Ground hazelnuts

Roasted whole hazelnuts

Pinch of flaky sea salt

Fruits of your choice

 

METHOD

Step 1.

Mix all the base ingredients in a bowl and pop it in the fridge overnight (at least 3-4 hours). 

 

Step 2.

Once the chia pudding has set, sprinkle some ground hazelnuts on top and decorate with roasted whole hazelnuts and fruits of your choice.

 

Step 3.

Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt and dig in!
