A golden blend of mango and coconut with a smooth matcha finish. Your shortcut to a tropical getaway. 

 

INGREDIENTS 

 

200ml Rude Health Coconut Barista

1g matcha

15ml mango purée

Ice

 

METHOD

Step 1.

Add a tablespoon of hot water (80C) to a bowl. 

 

Step 2.

Sieve the matcha over the hot water and whisk in an 'M' shape until a thick froth forms.

 

Step 3.

Grab your favourite glass and pour in the mango purée

 

Step 4.

Top with ice followed by chilled Rude Health Coconut Barista, leaving an inch from the rim to finish with matcha.
