Our Ultimate Muesli Recipe
In the beginning, there was muesli.
Rude Health began with our founders, Nick & Camilla, mixing their very own muesli around their kitchen table in 2005. Today, it’s found in shops & cupboards all over the world. It might be our first muesli, but it’s still our ultimate.
Now, we’re letting you in on our secret recipe so you can mix it around the kitchen table yourself. Get ready to head straight to muesli heaven.

Makes approx 5 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 215g oats
- 20g organic barley flakes
- 20g organic rye flakes
- 5g quinoa flakes
- 5g buckwheat flakes
- 5g puffed rice
- 30g dried apricots
- 30g raisins
- 20g dried dates
- 10g organic cranberries
- 5g organic prune
- 5g dehydrated apple
- 10g organic almonds
- 10g toasted hazelnuts
- 10g organic golden linseed
- 10g organic sunflower seed
- 5g poppy seed
- 5g pumpkin seed
- 5g linseed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
METHOD
Step 1.
Find a bowl. A big one. There are 20 ingredients in here, & they’re all delicious.
Step 2.
Tip the oats into the bowl. Combine with the puffed rice, barley, rye, quinoa & buckwheat flakes (all the grains). Give it a good stir.
Step 3.
Now add the nuts, seeds & fruits & combine.
Step 4.
Tip into an airtight container for safe keeping.
Step 5.
Voila! You are now in Rude Health.
To serve, we’d recommend eating with our Almond Drink. It’s a silky smooth mate to this moreish muesli. Or if you’re feeling fruity, try it with our Coconut. Perfect for summer.
