A deliciously moreish breakfast boost to make you feel up for the day. Crafted by @easypeaslemonsqueeze

  

INGREDIENTS 

 

200ml Rude Health Iced Mocha

2 tbsp chia seeds

Coconut yoghurt

Peanut butter

Banana (or your own choice of fruit toppings)

Mixed seeds

 

METHOD

Step 1.

Add the chia seeds to your favourite glass. 

 

Step 2.

Pour in the Iced Mocha and leave for 15 minutes. Stir halfway through. 

 

Step 3.

Add coconut yoghurt, peanut butter, mixed seeds and fruit toppings. 

 

Step 4.

Enjoy!
