Iced Coconut Bubble Matcha

Matcha, but make it extra. Take your taste buds on a tropical getaway with this iced coconut bubble beauty. 

  

INGREDIENTS 

 

2g matcha powder

25ml 80C water

30g cooked tapioca pearls

120ml Rude Health Barista Coconut

1tsp maple syrup 

Ice (full glass)

 

METHOD

Step 1.

In a small bowl, mix the matcha and hot water with a bamboo whisk to remove any clumps and set aside. 

 

Step 2.

Place tapioca pearls at the bottom of a 12oz cup and add maple syrup. Top with ice and Rude Health Barista Coconut. 

 

Step 3.

Pour the matcha to create a beautiful drink.

 

Step 4.

Stir and enjoy!
