Iced Berry Matcha
A little zen, a little zing. Matcha meets juicy berries in a drink that lets its vibrancy do the talking.
INGREDIENTS
200ml Rude Health Coconut Barista
15g strawberry purée
2g matcha
20ml hot water
Ice
Freeze dried raspberries
METHOD
Step 1.
Whisk 15g of strawberry purée with 30ml of Coconut Barista until it’s light, fluffy and full of life. Pour into your glass to create a dreamy pink foam base.
Step 2.
Add ice, then top up with more Coconut Barista, leaving a little room for the matcha magic.
Step 3.
In a bowl, add 2g of matcha and 20ml of hot water. Whisk until smooth, glossy and lump-free, the good stuff.
Step 4.
Slowly pour your matcha over the milk to create that perfect layered moment.
Step 5.
Add freeze dried raspberries for an aesthetic and indulgent moment.
