Iced Ube Matcha Latte
A velvet-smooth iced latte layered in vivid purple and green, where sweet ube meets creamy coconut and soft matcha.
INGREDIENTS
200ml Rude Health Coconut Barista
1g matcha
5g ube
Ice
METHOD
Step 1.
In two separate bowls, add a tablespoon of hot water (80C) in each.
Step 2.
Sieve the matcha into one bowl and the ube in the other, whisk both in an 'M' shape until a thick froth forms.
Step 3.
In a bowl, add 2g of matcha and 20ml of hot water. Whisk until smooth, glossy and lump-free, the good stuff.
Step 4.
Pour the ube into your favourite glass, top with ice followed by chilled Rude Health Coconut Barista, leaving an inch from the rim to finish with matcha.
