Raspberry Hazelnut Mocha
Dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts meet the tart elegance of raspberry in this Raspberry Hazelnut Mocha.
INGREDIENTS
220ml Rude Health Hazelnut Barista
18g dark chocolate powder or melted chocolate
Double espresso
15ml raspberry puree
Pinch of sea salt
Freeze dried raspberries (to garnish)
METHOD
Step 1.
Whisk dark chocolate powder and raspberry puree with 20ml hot water, then pour into the espresso.
Step 2.
Add a pinch of sea salt to Rude Health Hazelnut Barista and steam. Pour over the espresso mixture.
Step 3.
Garnish with freeze dried raspberries for an indulgent treat.
