White Chocolate & Miso Pistachio Matcha

INGREDIENTS
220ml Rude Health Pistachio Barista
1/2 tsp white miso paste
18g melted white chocolate
2g matcha
Ground pistachios (to garnish)
White chocolate curls (to garnish)
METHOD
Step 1.
Whisk miso paste with melted white chocolate and 1 tsp of hot water until smooth.
Step 2.
Whisk the matcha with 30ml hot water, then add to the miso-chocolate mixture.
Step 3.
Steam Rude Health Pistachio Barista and pour over the mixture.
Step 4.
Garnish with white chocolate curls and ground pistachios for an exquisitely decadent sip.
